I can. Am putting together a project site that will contain a lot of stuff like that. In the meantime I'd suggest you find some books on timber frame joinery in your local library - will give you plenty of ideas on how to put things together. Another tip is to always think about directions of forces involved and just use common sense when creating the structures. Hell, if you want to just pass me some sketches of what you are looking to build and I'll give you some tips
